Amber Valley Rotary Club rotary international is a registered charity

Welcome to the Web Site of The Rotary Club of Amber Valley.

Rotary International is a volunteer organisation and is in itself a registered Charity.There are 32,000 clubs in over 200 countries and geographical areas.
It initiates humanitarian projects that address today’s challenges affecting the world today, such as hunger, poverty, illiteracy and World Wide Polio eradication.

The Rotary Club of Amber Valley is itself a registered Charity and besides participating in international fund raising projects the club also dedicates itself to many local issues by way of raising funds, donating to worthy causes, attending and supporting events to raise funds for others, we organise our own annual fund raising events such as our annual Summer Fete, Christmas and Santa Sleigh and regular Race Night events to name but a few.

The Rotary Club of Amber Valley is in itself a Unique Club in many ways and is known as "The Fun Club" priding itself on the many enjoyable social events the club holds throughout the year such as Wine tasting, Ten Pin Bowling Nights, St Georges Day celebrations, St. Patricks Night, Burns Night, Race Nights, Christmas Party Nights, Bonfire Nights and Car Rallies.

The Rotary Club of Amber Valley currently has 46 members who represent a cross-section of business and professional people who donate what ever time and expertise they can in varying degrees,, each to their own. The club meets once a week on a Tuesday evening, and members attend whenever they can.
